Playful, goofy with sharp bold lines and vibrant color, the works are Gwilym Devey (Art of Gwil) split between two platforms: digital-based illustration and painting. He draws what he feels and what inspires him, but has often been told by different people that he resembles the characters he creates.
“My theory is that maybe I subconsciously throw parts of my personality into the work I do.” Painting a massive mural 36 meters wide and 6 meters tall, Gwil considers this collaboration with fellow artist E Bone to be his greatest achievement. For him, working with others is what makes art fun.
