Erik Svetoft does drawings, illustrations and a bit of animation. He works with different moods and settings in his images to build little scenes or snapshots of larger events and ideas. Apart from publishing two art books, he is also proud to have animated and directed music videos.
When asked how much of his art represents him, he said “My approach to working is very intuitive, just drawing without thinking too much. So I guess all of it represents me to a big degree.” For him, art is fun because there are always new things to work with and try. This year, Erik has released a comic art titled HAKKEN, a follow up to his illustration book LIMBO.
