Uploading the memories and posting the photos elsewhere on the cloud is something you can’t miss after a foreign trip. Moreover, some people who wished to travel different places find themselves illustrating the places of their dreams. Travel artist Erwin Lian openly shares his journey with his Perfect Sketchbook—ending up painting various cities across the United States of America (USA). Talking about galleries, street art, and the most significant sceneries and cosmopolitan aura of America is a sure hit to nourish creativity and innovation.

“I wanted to embark on a pan-American painting trip. Building my own camper van, living on electricity generated by solar panels, and most importantly, staying a little off the grid to paint my heart out. Though I previously lived in America for close to a decade, this dream was never fulfilled and it is becoming more distant as time goes by,” says Erwin who expresses his enthusiasm for being able to thrive in USA.

Every artist has within them a desire to fill their sketchbook with only perfect sketches. And these are his works that took him more than a month to complete.
