Unlocking Colors Together with Titus Pens

The leading ballpen brand begins an ink-credible doodle year with Liza Soberano

It was a display of vibrant colors, artistry, and music as Titus Pens spearheaded the official National Doodling Day last February 27, 2016 at the Ayala-Trinoma Mall in Quezon City.

The leading ballpen brand in oil gel technology, partnered with National Book Store, took it as an opportunity to introduce a whole new array of its latest products namely the Titus Crayons and Titus Colored Pencils that come in excitingly vibrant colors.

Just like last year, Titus Pens made sure that every guest can enjoy their innovative pen products. A pen buffet stood for the media and special guests to try and take home various pens that the brand boasts of.

A Simultaneous Show of Artistry

A decorative live arts performance was led by Titus Pens’ inventive artbassadors namely DoAngelo Mercado, Rbin Binuya, Micole Tam, Harvey Tolibao, and Patrice Palisoc, as well as art talks and free tutorials by Paolo Tugano for calligraphy and Harvey Tolibao for manga art.

A fashion show was held showcasing different artistic doodles and etches in attires worn by models.

The highlight of the day was the special appearance of Titus Pens’ official pen ambassadress, the Filipina actress and model Liza Soberano. Soberano gamely greeted her fans and answered questions thrown in by the crowd.

A special doodle exhibit was viewed by the public in honor of the ambassadress as well.

An Event for a Colorful Cause

Titus Pens also recognizes the joy of doodling not just for teens and adults, but for children as well. That is why included in the event was a special art auction for the benefit of its chosen charity, Helping Land orphanage. Artworks were sold fast, boosting the potential of the charity to help more children in the future.

The members of the orphanage expressed their support by participating in a fun doodling session. A “DayCare” station was set up so that the children can enjoy the day by doodling and coloring using Titus Pens’ provided crayons and colored pencils.

The event was not complete without the performances from popular OPM bands. The young crowd swooned and fell in unison as they sang popular hits from Moonstar88, Autotelic and December Avenue.

With the success of the National Doodling Day, more are hoping for more ink-credible show of colors and artistry from Titus Pens in the next months to come.
